A vintage countryside farmhouse!

Use of property — Strictly for photography, videography, and approved content shoots only. No parties, gatherings, or overnight stays unless agreed in writing beforehand. Booking slot — Your slot time covers setup, shoot, pack-up, and exit. Please arrive and leave within your booked time. Over 45 minutes will be charged as a full extra hour, subject to availability. Weather & outdoor shoots — In case of rain or unsafe weather, we 'll work with you to reschedule where possible. Please plan indoor backup shots in advance, as refunds are not guaranteed for weather-related disruptions. Guests & crew — Only the approved number of guests/crew may enter; extra persons may be denied entry or charged. The booking holder is responsible for the conduct of all guests, crew, and vendors. ID proof of the booking holder will be needed on file for the booking confirmation. Parking & vehicles — Please confirm vehicle count in advance; parking is limited in the designated areas on the property. Handling furniture & decor — Handle all furniture, props, and fittings with utmost care. Smaller items may be moved for the shoot, but must be returned to their original place without fail and without any damage. Do not drag furniture or stand on beds/sofas/tables. Props catalogue & selection — Small props seen in our reference photos are not displayed on-site by default. A catalogue with photos and measurements will be shared with you in advance — please select your required props from this and confirm before your shoot date. Selected props will be handed over just before your session and checked back in at the end, to keep an accurate record for both parties. Protecting the space — Nothing may be taped, nailed, glued, pinned, or screwed into walls, ceilings, or furniture. Equipment — Cameras, tripods, and standard shoot gear are welcome. Large rigs, generators, drones, or smoke machines require prior approval. Please keep walkways clear and cables safely secured. Food, conduct & safety — There is no food available at the venue. Outside food/drinks are allowed as long as handled responsibly — please clean up any spills. No smoking, vaping, consumption of alcohol, illegal substances, or open flames. Injury & liability — Janako Vana is not liable for injury to guests, crew, or vendors during the shoot; all participants join at their own risk. Photo usage — We may occasionally repost shoot images for promotional purposes unless you let us know otherwise in advance. Before you leave — Leave the property as you found it: dispose all trash in dustbins or garbage bags, reset any moved prop or furniture, switch off all lights & fans, and return any keys/access devices. Excessive mess may incur additional cleaning charges. Accountability — The renter is responsible for any damage, breakage, missing items, or policy violations, which may be deducted from the security deposit or billed separately. We reserve the right to end a booking immediately, without refund, in case of unsafe behaviour, misuse, or serious violations.

Indoor and outdoor

PAYMENT POLICY A 50% advance is required to confirm your booking. The remaining 50% balance, AND a refundable security deposit of ₹6,000 must be paid at least 24 hours before your booking date. Your booking is confirmed only once the advance is received, and the shoot begins once the full balance and security deposit are received. The security deposit covers damages to decor items, props, furniture, and the overall property during your shoot, and will be fully refunded within 48 hours after your shoot once the space and any damage to items have been checked. Cancellation Policy - Upto 48 hrs before the date of booking: The Advance, Security Deposit, and any Balance payment made will be fully refunded. - Less than 48 hours before the date of booking: The 50% advance payment is non refundable. The security deposit and any balance payment made will be fully refunded.
