Welcome to Yellowand. By using our platform, you agree to follow these terms when you browse spaces, create an account, send booking requests, complete bookings, list a space, or contact our team for assistance.
Yellowand is a space-booking platform focused on use cases such as shoots, celebrations, gatherings, and brand-led experiences. We help guests discover spaces and help hosts present their listings, but we do not own or operate listed spaces unless clearly stated otherwise.
Booking Terms
When you place a booking or booking request on Yellowand, you agree to the total price shown for that booking, including the listing price, applicable add-ons, fees, taxes, and any other charges clearly presented before confirmation.
Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after you receive final confirmation from Yellowand, the host, or the connected booking flow. Please do not make non-refundable travel or production commitments until your booking status is clearly confirmed.
- You must be at least 18 years old to create a booking on Yellowand.
- The number of guests must not exceed the published capacity or guest rules for the selected space.
- Activities such as events, shoots, or commercial use may require clear host approval.
Payment Policy
Payment Methods
Payment options may vary depending on the booking flow used by the selected space. Guests should complete payments only through the approved process shown during booking or shared by the support team.
Security Deposits
Some spaces may require a security deposit or advance payment. If a deposit applies, the booking terms shared before confirmation will control how it is collected, held, and released.
Payment timing depends on the listing, pricing model, and booking flow. Some bookings may require full prepayment, while others may involve partial advance payment or host confirmation before the balance is collected.

Space Safety & Liability
Use Spaces Responsibly
Guests are responsible for supervising their group, following host instructions, respecting capacity limits, and using amenities, equipment, and event areas safely.
Spaces may include areas or amenities that involve real risk. Guests are responsible for supervising children, following occupancy limits, and avoiding unsafe behavior during their booking.
Hosts and operators are responsible for maintaining their spaces. If you notice unsafe conditions, you should stop use immediately and contact support or the host team as soon as possible.
